This report presents the findings of a literature review undertaken in the initial stages of the Food Standards Agency’s ‘Our Food Future’ programme of work.

It has been undertaken in parallel with a public dialogue exercise (run by TNS BMRB), and both activities have been designed to feed into a Stakeholder Summit on Our Food Future, held in London on 18th February 2016
